The ending of The Last Of Us is good ending or happy ending or sad ending?
What are you think?
I think the ending is good but not happy because Joel lies to Ellie and Ellie was little sad....
Feel free to answer :D
Thanks :D

Joel never explicitly tells Ellie what he did when he was a Hunter (indeed, he refuses to talk about it). However, I suspect that he did everything that Hunters do and that includes killing women and children to literally take food out of their mouths and clothing off of their corpses.
Oh ok. Thanks for clearing that up for me. :)
I wouldn't say that he killed children. Because of his loss of Sarah, I think that he would have had something like a protective instinct towards children... (in the original script of the game, Joel would have saved Ellie after Tess would have tried to kill her). And while the story may have changed, I think that the personalities of Joel and Ellie basically stayed the same. I do think that Joel did some terrible things to survive, but I don't think that killing children was one of those things...
^ Mmmm... I didn't thought of that way. The villains wiki categorized him as an "child murder." That what got me confused. :)
Gear3ful,I don't think when you're a hunter you could do anything you want, you usually follow the orders of the leader in the group and that he might killed some when he was still a hunter,it doesn't mean he wanted to be like that it's becase rules are rules and so he had to do it or lose his life or got left behind. At least that's the thing I know for hunters.
Yeah, but my point was that Joel has something like a protective instinct for children. We'll just have to agree to disagree that Joel would be capable of killing children. (Personally, I think that he wouldn't be, under any circumstances whatsoever.
I think he'd be capable of doing anything, but he'd definitely have some trouble with children. I think he'd do it, but not gladly.
He wouldn't,I guess...at least he would tell them to run and pretend that he already killed them if his leader ever told him to kill them.I mean,I don't know,I never really want to reveal if he's a children killer orthis psychotic guy we saw outside of him (had to be honest the first time I'm seeing him,I thought he would be this mean killer hunter survivor) but no,he's nothing like that.
Just to put it out there i think that if Sarah survived then It would have been a bad game. But Sarah was a fast runner. (She plays football)
Sarah was a shame because, in the little time we spent with her we learned so much about her character and personality. But yeah the story wouldn't have worked if she survived. The soldier/national guardsman had orders. It was the outbreak emergency protocol.
