Executioner is a Survival Skill in The Last of Us, available as a part of the Professional Survival Skills Bundle. The description reads: "If your play style is the higher the risk, the greater the reward then this is the skill you want. Earn more parts for shiv kills and special executions, and get extra shiv uses every time you craft a shiv."
Level 1 (1 loadout point) - Earn double the parts for shiv kills.
Level 2 (3 loadout points) - Earn 50% more parts for special executions or interrogations, double the parts for shiv kills and get an extra shiv use every time you craft a shiv.
Level 3 (4 loadout points) - Earn double the parts for special executions or interrogations, double the parts for shiv kills and get 2 extra shiv uses every time you craft a shiv.
Executioner only doubles the portion of points awarded for shiv executing someone. For example, a player who shivs an enemy in Supply Raid without the skill would be awarded 100 parts for downing an enemy, 75 parts for a shiv execution, and 50 parts for an execution for a total of 225 parts. With executioner, the parts awarded are 100 parts for downing an enemy, 150 parts for a shiv execution, and 50 parts instead, for a total of 300 parts.
The same goes for interrogations and special executions for the higher level variants of the skills.
Executioner stacks with the extra parts booster, as well as the Collector survival skill. It synergizes well with Lethal Efficiency, which greatly decreases the time needed to perform special executions.
