I know that I'm a bit late to start (like... 7 years late...) but I still want to give a go at what may be the best multiplayer of all time (or at least the most inovative in the last 7 years). I have a lot of knowledge about the game thanks to all the videos I've watched, what I lack is practical experience + some stuff that I simply can't learn/memorize (i.e. med kit spawns in each map and the location of every respawn point).
What's on your mind?

The Last of Us - Factions MP
Theres this tree in resort that wasnt there by the gazebo box. Its a clear veiw from other spawn and this tree just ruined it lol
Just Updated
Curious about what y'all do for stealth on Factions MP. I personally run the following loadout:
Small Arm: Suppressed 9mm
Purchasable: Specter
Skill 1: Covert Training 3
Skill 2: Gunslinger 1
Skill 3: Lone Wolf 2
I think that because of its strangely long range (for a shotgun) that it could be loaded with some kind of buck-and-ball type cartridge instead of just straight buckshot, but I'd like to hear what you guys have to say.
I seem to be missing out on something or doing something wrong because when I'm using covert ops 2 and crouch walking or using listen mode or aiming at someone taking cover and being completely still...they still pop up and head shot me nearly every time, instantly! What am I doing wrong? How am I being spotted? How are people able to aim a perfect headshot like that with no time to aim at me when seconds before they were crouched behind cover?
Frustated and confused...
I made my second headshot montage!
- If you guys have any tips pls comment!

Hey,
I'm looking for teammates! I've been playing mp for a while and I'd love to play with teammates, who are approximately on the same level as I am. I don't have a mic.

Hey all ^_^
I was browsing the web the other day and found this video regarding how long it takes for a player to aim down the sights of every respective weapon in Factions MP:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OPzHNEbp0Zg
I was wondering if you guys reckon it's worth adding the information into each gun's respective article? I personally don't think there is any harm in doing it, plus the guy in the video appears to have been thorough in his assessment of each gun's speed so I reckon it's worth including.
Thoughts?
I want to play factions mp and it charges completely but after that it stays in the same window, it doesn't go ahead
Hi guys,
I am looking for some teammates! I just started playing mp, so I don't have tons of expience. However, I prefer to play rather serious (w/ headset). Who's up?
Cheers!

Hey
So I got TLOU about 3-4 years ago and i've completed it about 8 times. I've always wanted to go on Multiplayer but I can't, nor can i download the 'Left Behind' DLC. Whenever I click either (or Downloads, then extras/DLC) it always starts to load then says 'There are no items in the store at this time' (or something similar). I've gone onto the store and downloaded map packs and installed them, but it still won't work. It just comes up with 'Download FREE map content', so i click okay, and it says there is nothing in the store.
Am I missing something? Do I need a Season Pass? I'm on a fairly old PS3 but every other game with Multiplayer works fine. I just want to play Factions :( Please help if possible. Thank you
I think a fun game mode for the LoU2 would be to have two teams of 4 and a third team of 2. The third team could be "heroes" like Joel, Ellie, Tess, Bill ect. who are tasked with an objective. Gather supplies, capture points, kill- you get the idea. The other 2 teams just play their regualr supply raid or interrogation. I think it would add a whole new depth with a 3rd team in the game.
Or maybe even a 5 on 5 game mode to make it more assymetrical. What do you guys think?
I use the Enforcer and perks Explosion Expert 2, Reviver 1, Covert Training 2 and Gunslinger 2. Since I've settled on this loadout my K/D ratio has rocketed from 1.16 to 1.27 in approx. 8 'faction weeks'. Granted each loadout has to suit the playstyle of the gamer and this suits me to a tee. The bigger explosions are an obvious bonus, quicker reviving even by just a couple of seconds is the difference between life and death, the covert training means I start with a shiv and don't need to waste parts crafting one and can instead use them to create a melee 2x4 weapon plus I can sneak up on enemies or even get away easier when outnumbered, lastly doubling my bullets when I have just the one gun is a no-brainer!
An added bonus of the one gun means earned parts are spent on just that and armour, rather than being split between two guns and armour. Anyone who has used the Enforcer knows that it is powerful and quick with great range - it's a force to be reckoned with!
So... who else goes one gun?
I have been playing this game for a long time now, and I am at the point now where I want to hear from the seasoned pro's. I consider myself a seasoned player, but I am still so surprised at some of the skills levels I come against. What are some of your main load outs and best tips? I am happy to share a few aswell for anyone reading.
I have tried and tested all weapons, but my favorites are always going to be the Semi or Frontier Rifle, accompanied by the Shorty.
The Semi is fast, simple, and a practical all-rounder that can decimate in the right hands. I start using it when I get impatient, and want to speed things up a bit. You die more, but your also on your toes with adrenal, so if your reflexes are good, you can really use it to your advantage.
The Frontier Rifle is great as a silent killer, and mid to long range gem. Once you get better with accuracy, this can be a beast. I frequently play games with this where I will down at 14-16 leading the games, and it's always a compliment when you see other players start matching your weapon to see if they will get the same results haha. I usually start with this weapon because with a clear head, and when you take your time in the game, it's a real benefit to the style of the weapon.
Shorty. I love the Shorty. It's almost always downs at close range. Duck and cover with it, or wait in hiding. I also use it to rush a player, running around them, while getting in two shots to down, while they fumble with their weapon and most of their shots usually miss. Rushing forces your opponent into instant action, and it comes down to who has the quicker reflexes, but because you made the first move, you get a small advantage.
Some of the combinations that I have seen that good players do really well with are;
Burst Rifle. Great with seasoned players who have pin-point accuracy. Rushing with this, and upgrading it quickly, seems to be a common theme.
Hunting Rifle. After your rifle shot, you switch quickly to your revolver, and down them immediately with the second shot.
El Diablo. I've seen this used really well. Considering it downs quickly with two quick shots it will out gun most at close range. Rushing with this is key as you constantly need the parts to stock up on the ammo.
Shotgun. Hiding, and waiting for players to come close enough for an instant down. Sneaky af, and there is a special place in hell for this player, but it gets the job done.
Let me know what works for you, and what your main load outs are that get the best results.
1. Is Active; 1. at least plays some weekdays and most weekends. 2. On PS4; 1. Must have good internet ie. i dont need your loseing connection every round. 3. Have Mics; 1. Must Speak English *Well, nothing againist those who do not however i need to understand you. 2. Must have a working Mic ie. you shouldnt be holding it together with your ducktape beacuse your cat/dog/exotic animal chewed it up. 3. 4. Must not suck; Knows how to; 1. Shoot / 2. Move / 3. Communicate / 4. Do all these things well.

Okay so I have 3 dots next to my // and I've seen higher ranks with 2 or less dots than mine. I've had 2 dots at first when I entered the 50+ ranks.
My question is Why?
I'm rank 63.
I don't know if Naughty Dog is ever going to see this... but I am getting really sick of getting kicked mid-match. It's really bad, it seems to be happening more often now too.
